  • Refund is eligible only within 5 days of receiving the product. No refund request will

Acceptable after five days.

  • Product must not be damaged in any way. Labels must be intact.
  • After we receive your item, our team will inspect it & process your refund. You will receive your refunded in the original payment method you’ve used while purchase of the product.
  •    Only genuine refund requests will be accepted. Replacement can also be requested.

Steps to apply for getting a refund:

  • Go to “my orders” option and check the details from my orders page.
  • Click on cancel or refund option.
  • After approval, your refund will be processed. Once ‘House Of Silko’ has approved your refund, your will get your money credited back to you in below ways:
  • As an NEFT/ IMPS transfer if you have paid via cash-on-delivery.
  • Refund amount will get credited back to Debit/Credit Card.
  • Wallet like Phonepe, Paytm through which you can buy the products again, so you can transfer it to your account in different ways.

I've still not received the refund in my checking account.

Ans: If you’ve got received a mail from us confirming your refund request, it means the refund has been initiated. Please recheck your card/ account for status.

In the rare event of refund not credited, send in email on accounts@houseofsilko.com and we shall look into it at once.

What are the timelines or duration of the refund, if I cancel or return a product?

The timelines of refund will depend on the payment modes as below:

  1. Debit card – 5-10 Business days
  2. Credit – 7-10 Business days
  3. Netbanking/Online Banking – 3-7 business days
  4. COD – IMPS, 1-2 Business days
  5. EMI (Standard+No cost+Debit card) – 7- 15 Business days
  6. Gift Card – 24 hours
  7. Paytm, Phonepe, Bhim UPI: 1-7 business Days

How will the customer get a refund after returning an item, which customer has purchased with Cash on Delivery?

  • For orders placed using ‘Cash on Delivery’ because the payment mode, refunds are often processed to your checking account via cash Service (IMPS). Please share your bank details when requesting refund so we can make the desired refund as per policy.

You will get to update the following information to process a refund to your account:

  • Account Holder’s Name
  • The Bank Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • IFSC Code
  • Bank Branch

IMPS refunds will typically be processed in 1-2 business days by ‘House Of Silko’

How much time it will take to cancel an order?

Ans: Cancellation of item(s) in order happens immediately if the order hasn’t been shipped by us. If your order has been shipped, it’ll be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to House Of Silko. Orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours.
