Replacements and Returns Policy

  • I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?
If you ordered a wrong item, then either you can return it before delivery of the item or request its return through our website, call, chat, email. Once you will get the refund in your wallet, you can order the item you would like to buy.
  • What should I do if I find the package open or tampered on delivery?

Visit the ‘My Orders’ page where you can request for the replacement item, you would like to get replaced. Click the ‘Return’ option & fill out the reason.

  • Can I change the address for the pick-up of the item(s) in my order?

If our delivery services are accessible in the new address area where you would like to get your order, you can change the address but if it is not accessible then you can’t change.

  • What is the pickup process?

Once your return or replacement or exchange request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product are going to be scheduled. An SMS with more details are going to be sent to you on the day of the pickup.

  • I have requested for a return for my item. When will it happen?
It will take 2-7 days as per the area. You can track the status of your return request easily from your user account. You can click and visit the ‘My Orders‘ page where you can see the status of your request like the date of pick-up. You will also get an email & SMS in which you will get the detail of your return.
  • I have requested a replacement, when will I buy it?

Ans: You may visit ‘My Orders’ to see the status of your replacement. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. All other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email which will be sent to you for your replacement request for more details.

  • What are the checks of the item that I’m returning at the time of pick-up ?

Ans: During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

  • Correct Product Bar code/IMEI/image/ name/ brand/ article number/ serial number should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
    Complete Product All in-the-box accessories, combos and freebies (if any) should be present.
    Unused Product The product should be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, without any stains and with non-tampered condition warranty seals /check seals (wherever applicable).
    Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, tears and/or holes.
    Undamaged Packaging Product’s original box/packaging should be in the same condition as it was during delivery and should be undamaged.

    Our field executive may refuse to accept the item if any of the above conditions are not as above.
